When I got into the bath today I recreated the beautiful natural phenomenon of blowholes with my own body! Not with farts but by skilfully angling the landing of my butt onto the surface of the water to create a pocket of air that was compressed as I descended that then erupted upwards creating a powerful spray. Its been a good day for me.
All the psyllid lerps from the gum tree next to my house have fallen down over the last few days. I dont know if the psyllids (the cute little red guy) have all hatched or if the gum tree has found a way to force all the lerps (the little white houses the psyllids live in until they aren’t larvae anymore) off at once. My backyard has so many tiny crunchy things all over it now.
Radio Birdman - Aloha Steve and Danno
DID YOU KNOW Radio Birdman recently reformed and recorded a new version of ‘Aloha Steve and Danno” because they are really big fans of the remake of Hawaii Five-O?

We just went to see Ira Glass
and it was excellent and informative and funny and everything I wanted it to be. Before the show we also got some really nicely made programs. They were just a single A5 piece of paper folded in half so there were four separate surfaces. On the front it had “Ira Glass: Reinventing Radio” which of course was the theme of show and it had a list of what was on each page of the program, like page one had about Ira and page two was how long the show was going for and then page three was credits etc. At the bottom of the cover page it said “all that and more when our program continues.”
